Liner notes
Fifteen years of warehouse nights taught me that every block has a king, and mine happened to have four legs and sleep on the register. I cut this one on a cheap mic in the back room after a double shift, with the 808 turned up till the cabinet rattled the cans on the shelf. I wanted something playful for once, still heavy, still rolling in like weather, but with a grin under the thunder. Hand this one around like a tape: play it loud, play it slow, and tip the cat.
