Training Wheels Off, Dad Let Go

by The Concrete Choir

One front-porch moment, a father letting go of the bike seat, set as a tender gospel-soul hip hop hymn.

Liner notes

Our newest, and the softest thing we've done. It started as a story one of us told in the basement about teaching a kid to ride, and the whole band went quiet after. We played it live to the room first, and by the second chorus everybody was answering back like a congregation.
