Liner notes

My newest songs, written this year in the dark of a power cut and the warmth of other people's kitchens. A bicycle bell, a market in the monsoon, rice washed three times as my grandmother taught me. I wanted a small record that felt like a lit stairwell, and I think that is what we made. The last song is a reunion, because I believe in those now.
