Their story
Gu Yuan worked as an antiques restorer in Xi'an for many years before performing at a city-wall open mic in 2024. His debut single 《长安旧梦》 spread through word of mouth among guofeng fans who wanted something rougher. He is now recording his first album about the Silk Road.
Influences: Silk Road folk songs, Shaanxi storytelling and opera, desert wind, old city walls
