Their story
Lao Zhou spent his twenties as a sound technician and weekend guitarist before releasing his first album 《夜市的老歌》 in 2007. He has since made six records, including 《爸爸的机车》 (2012) and 《老朋友》 (2019), none of them big hits and all of them beloved by the people who play them on repeat. He still prefers tiny bars and night-market stages to big halls, and often invites younger bands up to play the last song with him.
