Lyrics
Plastic chair and a paper cup Clock on the wall goes slow Corridor light hums soft and low Waiting, waiting, waiting Hold on, hold on Light is coming soon Hold on, hold on Morning comes soon Footsteps pass and the doors swing wide Whispers in the hall I fold my hands and I breathe it slow Waiting, waiting, waiting Hold on, hold on Light is coming soon Hold on, hold on Morning comes soon Say a little prayer Echo in the air Say a little prayer Someone's listening there Window shows a paler sky Kettle sound down the hall A nurse comes smiling, soft and slow Waiting, waiting, waiting Hold on, hold on Light is coming soon Hold on, hold on Morning comes soon Hold on Morning comes soon
