Lyrics
Crackle on the line, can you hear me there Little plastic antenna in the morning air Across the courtyard, a window light Over and out, good morning, hi Press the button, say it clear Someone out there wants to hear Walkie-talkie, send a wish to me Over the rooftops, over the sea Walkie-talkie, hear me loud and bright Every little signal turns the day to light Over! Over! Over and out Walkie-talkie, shout, shout, shout Secret code names, you be Sunbeam One I'll be Star Two, and the fun's begun Counting the pigeons, reporting the sky Big news today, we can fly Press the button, say it clear Someone out there wants to hear Walkie-talkie, send a wish to me Over the rooftops, over the sea Walkie-talkie, hear me loud and bright Every little signal turns the day to light Over! Over! Over and out Walkie-talkie, shout, shout, shout Static, static, then a smile comes through Your voice is the best thing I'm hearing, it's true Say it again, say it twice Wishes travel better when they're nice Walkie-talkie, send a wish to me Over the rooftops, over the sea Walkie-talkie, hear me loud and bright Every little signal turns the day to light Over! Over! Over and out Walkie-talkie, one more shout
