Lyrics
Caught a little sunbeam by the window sill Tucked it in my pocket, feeling the thrill Warm against my fingers, bright as a bell I've got more than enough, I'll share it well Reach inside, take a handful Toss it up, make it dance Pocket full of sunbeams, shine, shine Give a little glow to a friend of mine Pocket full of sunbeams, throw them wide Light up every corner, step outside Hey, hey, golden and free Pass it on to you from me Pocket full of sunbeams Gave one to the neighbour with the heavy bag Gave one to the driver, watched his smile wag Sent one to a stranger, left it on a seat Funny how the light keeps growing when you treat Reach inside, take a handful Toss it up, make it dance Pocket full of sunbeams, shine, shine Give a little glow to a friend of mine Pocket full of sunbeams, throw them wide Light up every corner, step outside Hey, hey, golden and free Pass it on to you from me Pocket full of sunbeams Even when the clouds roll in We know where to begin Hold it tight, let it spill There is sunshine, always will Pocket full of sunbeams, shine, shine Give a little glow to a friend of mine Pocket full of sunbeams, throw them wide Light up every corner, step outside Hey, hey, golden and free Pass it on to you from me Pocket full of sunbeams Shine, shine, shine Pocket full of sunbeams
