Lyrics
Light turns green, we're off and away Painted stripes in the morning ray Red and yellow, blue and gold Every step is bright and bold Left, right, here we go Colours leading, steady flow Rainbow crosswalk, step in time Every stripe a little rhyme Rainbow crosswalk, strut and glide Sunshine walking by my side Hey! Step, step! (Step, step!) Hey! Cross! (Cross!) Crossing guard gives a cheerful wave Everybody's feeling brave Backpacks bounce and sneakers squeak Happy rhythm, week by week Left, right, here we go Colours leading, steady flow Rainbow crosswalk, step in time Every stripe a little rhyme Rainbow crosswalk, strut and glide Sunshine walking by my side Hey! Step, step! (Step, step!) Hey! Cross! (Cross!) Stomp, clap, stomp, clap Dance across the zebra map Hold your head up, feel the beat Rainbow roads beneath our feet Rainbow crosswalk, step in time Every stripe a little rhyme Rainbow crosswalk, strut and glide Sunshine walking by my side Hey! Step, step! (Step, step!) Hey! Cross! (Cross!) Other side, we made it through Rainbow crosswalk, shiny and new
