Lyrics
A child is born, the sun comes up Lift your head, fill your cup Morning light on a brand new face Blessing fall upon this place Bless the child, bless the morning Bless the road that lies ahead Bless the child, bless the morning Walk in love, walk in light Grandfather's hands hold you so slow Praying soft, sweet and low Strong roots grow from patient ground Wisdom's family all around Bless the child, bless the morning Bless the road that lies ahead Bless the child, bless the morning Walk in love, walk in light Be kind, be brave, be true The world is waiting just for you Be kind, be brave, be true We will hold you the whole way through Sing it from the mountain down Sing it through the busy town One more voice joins the choir One more heart to lift us higher Bless the child, bless the morning Bless the road that lies ahead Bless the child, bless the morning Walk in love, walk in light Bless the child Bless the morning
