Lyrics
Night bus rolling through the dark Workers heading to the dawn Cleaners, bakers, nurses too All of us keep carrying on Carry us through, carry us through Night turns to morning, light breaks through Carry us through, carry us through The road is long but love is true Tired eyes against the glass Quiet prayers for the ones at home Every soul upon this bus Has a road and walks it alone Carry us through, carry us through Night turns to morning, light breaks through Carry us through, carry us through The road is long but love is true Streetlights fading, sky turns grey Gold is waiting on the way Hold on tight, the dawn is near Nothing to fear, nothing to fear First light spilling on the street Bus doors open, we step down Night is over, work begins Walk with heads held high through town Carry us through, carry us through Night turns to morning, light breaks through Carry us through, carry us through The road is long but love is true Carry us through Light breaks through
