Lyrics
Postman at the garden gate Whistling and he's never late Something colourful for me Postcard from across the sea Postcard, postcard, hey hey hey Dance upon the doorstep today Postcard, postcard, hey hey hey Sunshine from so far away Palm trees waving on the front Blue sky, blue sea, what a stunt Scribbled words in crooked ink Wish you here, now what d'you think Postcard, postcard, hey hey hey Dance upon the doorstep today Postcard, postcard, hey hey hey Sunshine from so far away Stick it on the fridge up high Tap your toes and wave goodbye Neighbours come to read it too Everybody smiling through One two three, clap your hands Letter dancing from other lands One two three, stamp your feet Postman, you're a hero on the street Postcard, postcard, hey hey hey Dance upon the doorstep today Postcard, postcard, hey hey hey Sunshine from so far away Hey hey hey Sunshine from so far away
