Lyrics
Streamers hanging from the basketball hoop Janitor's yawning, but the kids won't stop Sneakers squeaking on the polished floor Nobody wants to go home anymore Gym doors open wide, dance till dawn Gym doors open wide, dance till dawn Hey! Hey! Dance till dawn One more song and we'll carry on Paper cups and a punch bowl spill Teacher's tapping on the window sill Lights are fading but the feet are fast Make this Friday night a night that lasts Gym doors open wide, dance till dawn Gym doors open wide, dance till dawn Hey! Hey! Dance till dawn One more song and we'll carry on Clap your hands Stamp your feet Horns are up Feel the beat Sun peeks in through the bleacher seats Everybody's dancing in their sleepy feet Sweep the floor, but we won't be done The best dance ever was the last dance run Gym doors open wide, dance till dawn Gym doors open wide, dance till dawn Hey! Hey! Dance till dawn One more song and we'll carry on Dance till dawn Dance till dawn
