Lyrics
Found a little compass in my coat Brass is shining, needle starts to float Doesn't point north, it points to sun Tells me where the day's begun Take a step, take a chance Feel your feet begin to dance Compass in my pocket, follow the light Every way is open, every way is bright Turn it round and round, see where we go Sunshine in the east and a song down below Compass in my pocket, lead me along Every little step is a brand new song Hey, hey, here we go Anywhere the good winds blow Left at the bakery, right at the tree Wave to a stranger, who waves at me Every corner has a little surprise Sparkles in the morning skies Take a step, take a chance Feel your feet begin to dance Compass in my pocket, follow the light Every way is open, every way is bright Turn it round and round, see where we go Sunshine in the east and a song down below Compass in my pocket, lead me along Every little step is a brand new song Hey, hey, here we go Anywhere the good winds blow Even if we lose the way We will find a brighter day Hold my hand and hold it tight Every road leads to the light Compass in my pocket, follow the light Every way is open, every way is bright Turn it round and round, see where we go Sunshine in the east and a song down below Compass in my pocket, lead me along Every little step is a brand new song Hey, hey, here we go Anywhere the good winds blow Compass in my pocket Here we go, here we go
