We're deep into recording our first EP now, and this is the song that told us what it should feel like: warm, hopeful, a little sleepy. I wrote it on the bus home after a long rehearsal, forehead against the glass, watching the neighbourhood turn gold. We wanted it to sound like that last hour of daylight before the hawker stalls light up. It's a small song, but it's the one that made us believe we're a real band. -Jun
