Liner notes
After the label signed me I wanted one song that lowered the temperature without losing the detail. I watched a saxophone player set up on a corner every evening on my walk to the cafe, and I wrote down what the crosswalk chirps sounded like around him. I kept the rhymes loose and let the melody carry the verses for once.
