Liner notes
We wrote this one in Maeve's kitchen the morning after a proper Glasgow gale, when Isla opened the door and found the whole step white with salt. Callum hummed the melody over the washing-up, Rory found the fiddle line while the kettle boiled, and we recorded it that same week with the windows open and the neighbours' radio faintly in the background. It's a small song about waking up to what's left and deciding, gently, that it's enough to begin again.
