The Lantern Orchard

Four friends from Glasgow who met at an open-mic night and play wistful chamber folk. Their songs sound like a gathering in an orchard at dusk.

Their story

Isla, Callum, Maeve and Rory met at a Glasgow open-mic in 2023 and started playing in a friend's apple orchard on weekends. Their debut EP 'Lamplight Season' (2023) sold out its small pressing, and the album 'Windfall' (2025) brought them to wider audiences. They are rising fast on the quiet-folk circuit.

  • Callum Reid violin, harmony vocals
  • Maeve Tanner accordion, keys
