Lyrics
Ring-a-ling, the clock hits ten Pencils down and we're out again Hopscotch chalk on the warm grey ground Hear that laughing, that's the sound One, two, three Run with me Recess bell rings, everybody's free Swing set swinging, high as can be Recess bell rings, what a sound Feel like a kid, running round and round Skipping rope turning, double-dutch beat Quick tag, you're it, tie your laces neat Sunshine on the slide, silver and bright Everyone's a champion till the afternoon light One, two, three Run with me Recess bell rings, everybody's free Swing set swinging, high as can be Recess bell rings, what a sound Feel like a kid, running round and round Grown-ups need a recess too Step outside, the sky's brand new Take five minutes, take a break Clap along, for goodness sake Recess bell rings, everybody's free Swing set swinging, high as can be Recess bell rings, what a sound Feel like a kid, running round and round Recess bell rings, ring-a-ling Go outside and play Hey!
