Liner notes

After Kite Weather got played on the radio, we suddenly had to figure out what came next. We booked the void deck for a whole weekend, brought kopi and kaya toast, and wrote the two happiest songs we could think of. One is about the long way home with the windows down, the other is about the ten o'clock bell and the rush for the canteen. We recorded the choruses with all four of us crowded around one mic, just like school assembly, and left in the off-key bits because they felt right. -Jun
