Lyrics
Nothing's wrong and nothing's new No big news, no point of view Woke up grinning like a fool Rolled the windows down, no rule Gas is cheap enough today Sky is wide and far away Can't explain it, won't explain I'm dancing in the driving rain Joy for no good reason, la la la Singing for the sake of it Joy for no good reason, ha ha ha Hearts as bright as a campfire lit Don't ask why, just come along Clap your hands and sing along Joy for no good reason, oh Let it ride, let it grow Passed a kid on a rusty bike Gave a wave, he gave a shout Bought a pie from a roadside stand Ate the whole thing, no doubt Harmonica in the glove box too Played a tune that no one knew Birds came out to sing along We made up our own damn song Joy for no good reason, la la la Singing for the sake of it Joy for no good reason, ha ha ha Hearts as bright as a campfire lit Don't ask why, just come along Clap your hands and sing along Joy for no good reason, oh Let it ride, let it grow Maybe tomorrow brings the rain Maybe tomorrow brings the pain But today the sun is out And that's what this is all about Joy for no good reason, la la la Singing for the sake of it Joy for no good reason, ha ha ha Hearts as bright as a campfire lit Don't ask why, just come along Clap your hands and sing along Joy for no good reason, oh Let it ride, let it grow Let it ride, let it grow Joy for no good reason, oh
