Lyrics
The kettle hums, the window's white The snow keeps falling through the night It never lands, it never stays But we are warm in all its haze Pull the blanket close Pull the blanket close Kettle hum, snow falling sideways Hold me here, hold me here Kettle hum, snow falling sideways The winter can't come near Two cups steaming on the sill The wind is loud, the house is still Your hand in mine, the stove is low We watch the white that will not grow Pull the blanket close Pull the blanket close Kettle hum, snow falling sideways Hold me here, hold me here Kettle hum, snow falling sideways The winter can't come near Let it fall Let it fall We are home We are home Kettle hum, snow falling sideways Hold me here, hold me here Kettle hum, snow falling sideways The winter can't come near The winter can't come near
