Their story
Iron Marrow formed in 2007 in a rented rust-belt garage after the mill closed and left four friends with time and amplifiers. Their 2009 debut 'Forged in Rust' circulated on dubbed tapes before a proper label release, and 'Hammerhead Lullaby' (2013) brought the double-kick attack and a surprise power ballad that became their anthem. Later albums 'Cold Furnace Hymns' and 'Marrow' expanded the harmonised leads and the screams while keeping the garage grit. Nearly two decades in, they are respected elders of the scene, still writing a slow, heavy ballad for every record.
