Lyrics
Thirty years since the high school hall Same old door in the same old wall I stand outside in the evening light Heart is pounding like a drum tonight Will they know my face Will they know my name Open the door, open the door Old friends are waiting inside Open the door, open the door We are still alive Time can't take the song we sang Open the door tonight Someone laughs and I know that sound Hair gone gray but the grin's the same Hands come out and the years fall away Nobody's changed in the ways that matter They know my face They know my name Open the door, open the door Old friends are waiting inside Open the door, open the door We are still alive Time can't take the song we sang Open the door tonight Raise a glass to the ones who came Raise a glass to the ones who can't We are here, we are here We are here tonight Open the door, open the door Old friends are waiting inside Open the door, open the door We are still alive Time can't take the song we sang Open the door tonight We are here tonight
