Lyrics
Spread the blanket out on the soft green grass Lemon slices glowing in a tall clear glass Neighbours with their baskets, kids with a kite Everything is perfect in the morning light Clap, clap, here we go Let the sunny music flow Picnic blanket fiesta, come on in Save a little space for a brand new friend Picnic blanket fiesta, sing and sway Sweet and sunny, hip hip hooray Pass the bread, pass the cheer Everybody's welcome here Someone brings a guitar, someone brings a drum Even the pigeons come to see the fun Grandpa starts a dance with a straw hat tipped Tapping to the rhythm with a happy hip Clap, clap, here we go Let the sunny music flow Picnic blanket fiesta, come on in Save a little space for a brand new friend Picnic blanket fiesta, sing and sway Sweet and sunny, hip hip hooray Pass the bread, pass the cheer Everybody's welcome here Hands up high, wave hello Colours twirling, soft and slow One more song, one more bite Stay until the golden light Picnic blanket fiesta, come on in Save a little space for a brand new friend Picnic blanket fiesta, sing and sway Sweet and sunny, hip hip hooray Pass the bread, pass the cheer Everybody's welcome here Picnic blanket fiesta, one more round Sunshine, music, happy sound
