Lyrics
My watch fell off the bunk bed Hit the floor and went to sleep The hands are stuck on seven And it's not a time I keep I wore it to the dentist I wore it to the show It told me I was early But that's not how it goes Tick, tick, nothing Tick, tick, nothing The watch said now, I said later We were both a little late Two broken clocks together Running slow but feeling great Oh oh oh, we don't need the time Oh oh oh, we're doing fine The watch said now, I said later Yeah, it's always now with you My best friend Lou showed up at noon With a sundial made of cheese It only works in daylight And it melts in a warm breeze We sat out on the curb there And we watched the shadows crawl Turns out you don't need minutes When you're having fun at all Tick, tick, nothing Tick, tick, nothing The watch said now, I said later We were both a little late Two broken clocks together Running slow but feeling great Oh oh oh, we don't need the time Oh oh oh, we're doing fine The watch said now, I said later Yeah, it's always now with you Seven o'clock forever Seven o'clock for me Pizza on the table And a friend I'm glad to see The watch said now, I said later We were both a little late Two broken clocks together Running slow but feeling great Oh oh oh, we don't need the time Oh oh oh, we're doing fine The watch said now, I said later Yeah, it's always now with you It's always now with you Yeah, it's always now with you
