Lyrics
Woke up early, felt a little spark Nothing on the calendar, but the sky's alight Coffee's tasting sweeter, birds are on the beat Maybe every morning is a birthday if you let it be Light a little candle Make a little wish Happy birthday to today Throw the confetti, clear the way Happy birthday, hip hooray It's a brand new day, and it's here to stay Neighbours getting cake, strangers getting kind Little kindnesses are presents you can find Sing it to the bus driver, sing it to your shoes Every ordinary hour has got good news Light a little candle Make a little wish Happy birthday to today Throw the confetti, clear the way Happy birthday, hip hooray It's a brand new day, and it's here to stay Everybody gets one, one more day to start Open it up slowly, it's a gift from the heart Clap your hands, clap your hands Today is who we celebrate, understand Happy birthday to today Throw the confetti, clear the way Happy birthday, hip hooray It's a brand new day, and it's here to stay Happy birthday, happy birthday Happy birthday to today
