Lyrics
Can't stay still, got the itch in my feet Tapping on the pavement to a restless beat Sunday's too slow, Monday's too tight Gotta move something, gotta chase the light Hop on a train with no plan in my hand Window seat view of a brand new land Backpack light, but my dreams are heavy Chin up, chest out, always ready Go, go, don't you slow Every road is a place to grow Itchy feet, itchy feet, let me run Chasing every corner, chasing every sun Itchy feet, itchy feet, let me go Up on the roof, then down below Can't sit still, can't sit still Got a million miles and a lot of will Itchy feet, itchy feet, let me run Itchy feet, we've only just begun Skate down the hill with the wind in my face Skye's on the hook, she's setting the pace Every little street is a stage for me Every little stranger is a possibility Pocket full of change and a head full of rhyme Learning that the moving is the best use of time Got a map in my mind that's got no edge Hanging off the corner, standing on the ledge Go, go, don't you slow Every road is a place to grow Itchy feet, itchy feet, let me run Chasing every corner, chasing every sun Itchy feet, itchy feet, let me go Up on the roof, then down below Can't sit still, can't sit still Got a million miles and a lot of will Itchy feet, itchy feet, let me run Itchy feet, we've only just begun Maybe I'm lost, maybe I'm found Maybe it's both when I'm homeward bound But I'll keep moving till I know Which way the good wind wants to blow Itchy feet, itchy feet, let me run Chasing every corner, chasing every sun Itchy feet, itchy feet, let me go Up on the roof, then down below Can't sit still, can't sit still Got a million miles and a lot of will Itchy feet, itchy feet, let me run Itchy feet, we've only just begun Let me run, let me run We've only just begun
