Lyrics
I'm going on a first date tonight I have butterflies inside I changed my shirt three times today And I still don't know what to wear Easy does it, easy does it Take a breath and say hello Easy does it, easy does it Let the evening go slow My hands are shaking just a little But the night is soft and kind Easy does it, easy does it I'll be fine I see you at the corner table You wave and I smile wide The waiter brings us two cold drinks And we both look down and hide Easy does it, easy does it Take a breath and say hello Easy does it, easy does it Let the evening go slow My hands are shaking just a little But the night is soft and kind Easy does it, easy does it I'll be fine And then you laugh, and I laugh too And the butterflies fly away The room is warm, the music's low And I want you to stay Easy does it, easy does it Take a breath and say hello Easy does it, easy does it Let the evening go slow My hands are steady now The night is soft and kind Easy does it, easy does it I am fine Easy does it I am fine
