Lyrics
The ceiling fan goes round Slow and soft and round The city is a warm bath tonight And I am floating Turn, slow turn Carry me through the heat Turn, slow turn The night will cool in time A stranger's radio plays Down in the courtyard below A tune I almost know Drifting up through the dark Turn, slow turn Carry me through the heat Turn, slow turn The night will cool in time Shadows on the wall Going round and round Close your eyes, close your eyes Let the blades keep time Turn, slow turn Carry me through the heat Turn, slow turn The night will cool in time The night will cool in time
