Lyrics
The garage door lifts up slow Dust on the drums, the old lights glow We haven't played in twenty years But the room still knows us here Plug in the amp, we're back Plug in the amp, we're back One more time, together Plug in the amp, we're back Dave found his bass in the attic Tom still has the same old sticks The first chord rings out crooked And we laugh until it clicks Plug in the amp, we're back Plug in the amp, we're back One more time, together Plug in the amp, we're back Years can go Friends stay true Count it in One, two, three, four The neighbours knock, we turn it up Nobody here is giving up We play until the morning light Old friends, still standing, still alright Plug in the amp, we're back Plug in the amp, we're back One more time, together Plug in the amp, we're back We're back We're back
