Lyrics
We had a fight about the bills We had a fight about the past Then the whole house went to dark And the silence came so fast I found you in the kitchen With a candle in your hand You didn't say a word You just held out your hand Slow dance in the dead light Slow dance, just you and me Slow dance in the dead light Give us one more chance to be Slow dance in the dead light No music but the rain Slow dance in the dead light We are starting again Your head is on my shoulder Your heartbeat in my chest I forgot what I was angry at I forgot all the rest Slow dance in the dead light Slow dance, just you and me Slow dance in the dead light Give us one more chance to be Slow dance in the dead light No music but the rain Slow dance in the dead light We are starting again Let the lamps stay dark Let the storm go on We have all we need In the slow, slow song Slow dance in the dead light Slow dance, just you and me Slow dance in the dead light Give us one more chance to be Slow dance in the dead light No music but the rain Slow dance in the dead light We are starting again
