Lyrics
Thirty years behind the wheel Now I'm sitting in the back Watching all the town go by With a smile and a snack Ring the bell, ring the bell Nowhere I need to be Cruise, cruise, cruise on the number nine Oh, oh, I'm a passenger now Cruise, cruise, cruise on the number nine Oh, oh, no hurry, no how Waved at every neighbour Said hello to every stop Now I'm waving as a guest And the sun is on top Ring the bell, ring the bell Nowhere I need to be Cruise, cruise, cruise on the number nine Oh, oh, I'm a passenger now Cruise, cruise, cruise on the number nine Oh, oh, no hurry, no how Who's driving? Not me Who's smiling? Yes, me Round the park and past the sea Free, free, free New driver gives a wink Old driver gives a grin The best seat in the house Is the one I'm sitting in Cruise, cruise, cruise on the number nine Oh, oh, I'm a passenger now Cruise, cruise, cruise on the number nine Oh, oh, no hurry, no how Number nine No hurry, no how
