Lyrics
We bombed the show in March The amp blew up in song two The singer cried in the parking lot And the drummer's mom drove us home We swore we'd quit for good We sold the van for gas But the guitar stayed by the bed And it kept on looking back One more time, one more time Plug it in and make it shine Give us a second chance! Check one, check two, we're back! Give us a second chance! We're louder than the last! We fell down on the stage We got up and we play Give us a second chance! Hey! Hey! Today! The club said come on Friday Just a Tuesday slot at eight Four people and a bartender But it feels like a stadium gate One more time, one more time Plug it in and make it shine Give us a second chance! Check one, check two, we're back! Give us a second chance! We're louder than the last! We fell down on the stage We got up and we play Give us a second chance! Hey! Hey! Today! Check one! Check two! Is this thing on? It's on! Check one! Check two! We're not gone! Give us a second chance! Check one, check two, we're back! Give us a second chance! We're louder than the last! We fell down on the stage We got up and we play Give us a second chance! Hey! Hey! Today!
