Lyrics
The night is too warm to sleep The window is open wide Far away the sky lights up And there is no sound at all Heat lightning, silent sky Flicker and fade, flicker and fade Heat lightning, silent sky Nothing to fear, nothing to say The fan turns slowly round The sheets are cool at the edge Pink and white behind the clouds Like a lamp in a distant room Heat lightning, silent sky Flicker and fade, flicker and fade Heat lightning, silent sky Nothing to fear, nothing to say Somewhere there is rain Somewhere it is cool Breathe in, breathe out Let the warm night hold you Heat lightning, silent sky Flicker and fade, flicker and fade Heat lightning, silent sky Nothing to fear, nothing to say Silent sky Silent sky
