Lyrics
The lights are half down The floor is nearly bare A slow song starts to play And I'm glad you're there Last slow song, hold me close The night is almost done Last slow song, hold me close We are the only ones Paper streamers on the floor Confetti in your hair The glitter ball is turning slow Soft and easy there Last slow song, hold me close The night is almost done Last slow song, hold me close We are the only ones Tomorrow will come in grey And we will say goodbye But for now the music stays And so do you and I A last note rings and hangs Like breath on winter glass We sway a little longer still And let the evening pass Last slow song, hold me close The night is almost done Last slow song, hold me close We are the only ones Hold me close We are the only ones
