Lyrics
The sun climbs over the rooftops slow The frost begins to melt away Silver ferns on the window glass Fade into the morning grey Slow thaw, slow thaw Let it go, let it go Drip by drip, the light comes in Slow thaw, slow thaw A single drop runs down the pane Another follows, soft and small The garden shines, the fences drip The cold is leaving after all Slow thaw, slow thaw Let it go, let it go Drip by drip, the light comes in Slow thaw, slow thaw Nothing lasts, and that is fine The beautiful things are brief I will remember the ferns of frost Long after the sun is here Slow thaw, slow thaw Let it go, let it go Drip by drip, the light comes in Slow thaw, slow thaw Slow thaw Slow thaw
