Lyrics
Home from the dance, shoes by the door Kettle on, tea for two Radio plays the last soft song Kitchen light, me and you One more dance, kettle on Last song playing, night is long One more dance, hold me slow Last song of the night, don't let go Steam is rising, window warm Your hand in mine, my head on your chest Swaying round the table leg No one needs to be impressed One more dance, kettle on Last song playing, night is long One more dance, hold me slow Last song of the night, don't let go Let the clock keep ticking on We have all the time we need Soft light and a gentle tune That is all I need The song fades down, the kettle sings Two warm cups and a sleepy smile Tomorrow waits, but not tonight Stay with me a little while One more dance, kettle on Last song playing, night is long One more dance, hold me slow Last song of the night, don't let go One more dance Kettle on
