Lyrics
Tunnel's dark but I hear the sound Thirty thousand voices shaking the ground Cleats on concrete, tape on my wrist Every early morning, every game I missed Mama in the stands with the sign she made Little cousins screaming, we finally made the grade Lights come on, the whole sky's white Tonight's the night, tonight's the night Lights on, seats full, hear the roar Lights on, seats full, give me more Hands up high and the whole crowd sings Lights on, seats full, we're the kings Remember when the bleachers were bare Me and the squad running drills in the air Now the flags are waving, drums are loud Every empty seat has found a crowd Skye in the chorus, she's lighting the night Echo through the rafters, everything's right Count it down from ten, then we run One for the block and the work we done Lights on, seats full, hear the roar Lights on, seats full, give me more Hands up high and the whole crowd sings Lights on, seats full, we're the kings Stomp stomp clap, stomp stomp clap Feel the whole place shake on the map Stomp stomp clap, stomp stomp clap Everybody here, no looking back Final whistle, I'm on my knees Salt in my eyes and the whole crowd's pleas Run it back, run it back, one more lap Thank the empty seats for the early mapped Confetti falling like a neon rain Sweet victory, no more pain Lights on, seats full, what a sound We came from the quiet to the loudest ground Lights on, seats full, hear the roar Lights on, seats full, give me more Hands up high and the whole crowd sings Lights on, seats full, we're the kings Hear the roar, hear the roar Lights on, seats full, one more
