Lyrics
The storm came in at nine The lights all went out One candle on the table Just you and me and the rain Stay here, stay close The power's gone out Stay here, stay close We don't need the lights The fridge has stopped its humming The street has gone so dark Your face is in the candle And I can hear your heart Stay here, stay close The power's gone out Stay here, stay close We don't need the lights Let the thunder talk Let the rain come down I'm not scared of the dark With you in this room The morning comes up grey The lights will come back on But I will still remember The candle and the song Stay here, stay close The power's gone out Stay here, stay close We don't need the lights Stay here, stay close We don't need the lights
