Lyrics
I made you a tape on a Sunday Pressed record, pressed play Every song a little message Words I could not say Wrote the list in my best writing Folded it in two Side A is for the morning Side B is all for you Side A, side B, think of you Turn it over, still it's true Side A, side B, think of you Every song says I love you Hear the click when the tape runs over Hear the soft hiss glow Hold it close and let it turn round Nice and sweet and slow Side A, side B, think of you Turn it over, still it's true Side A, side B, think of you Every song says I love you Press play, press play Let it play all day Press play, press play Let the love songs stay Now the tape is worn and gentle Still it sings so sweet Our whole story on a ribbon Round and round it beats Side A, side B, think of you Turn it over, still it's true Side A, side B, think of you Every song says I love you Side A, side B Think of you
