Lyrics
The lamp turns slow above the sea One more winter, just for me I climb the stairs, I know each one The light keeps turning, day is done Keep the light on, keep it low Ships still need the way to go Keep the light on, one more night I will turn it, turn the light The boats are small, the water wide I wave to those I cannot find The salt is on the window glass And every night I watch them pass Keep the light on, keep it low Ships still need the way to go Keep the light on, one more night I will turn it, turn the light Someone new will climb these stairs Someone new will light the lamp But tonight the light is mine Turning, turning, turning, shine Keep the light on, keep it low Ships still need the way to go Keep the light on, one more night I will turn it, turn the light
