Lyrics
Little white flakes on my coat sleeve Gone before I can say hello Window glass is fogged with breathing Watching the first of the snow It never stays, it never stays But look how it lights up the day Snow that never settles, still I'm smiling Every tiny flurry is a gift Snow that never settles, still it's shining Landing on my lashes for a lift Nothing has to last to be a wonder Catch it on your tongue and let it go Snow that never settles, still I'm smiling Warm inside the cold Bus stop crowd with their faces tilted Everybody looking up Strangers sharing a quiet gasp Steam rising from the coffee cup It never stays, it never stays But look how it lights up the day Snow that never settles, still I'm smiling Every tiny flurry is a gift Snow that never settles, still it's shining Landing on my lashes for a lift Nothing has to last to be a wonder Catch it on your tongue and let it go Snow that never settles, still I'm smiling Warm inside the cold Some good things only visit Knock once and blow away But the way my heart remembers Is the way I'll face the day Snow that never settles, still I'm smiling Every tiny flurry is a gift Snow that never settles, still it's shining Landing on my lashes for a lift Nothing has to last to be a wonder Catch it on your tongue and let it go Snow that never settles, still I'm smiling Warm inside the cold Warm inside the cold Hello, goodbye, hello
