Lyrics
Mum keeps the porch light on Even when I say I'm fine She waits up by the window Like she did all the time Leave the light on, Mum I'm coming home Leave the light on, Mum You're not alone Her hands are small and careful She forgets a name or two But she knows my step on the gravel And she knows it's you Leave the light on, Mum I'm coming home Leave the light on, Mum You're not alone I'll call you tomorrow I'll call you again Leave the light on, Mum I'm coming home Leave the light on, Mum You're not alone
