Lyrics
Amber numbers on the dial Glowing in the dark I turn the knob a little more Past the static and the spark A voice comes in from far away Soft as a candle flame Turn the dial, find the glow Somewhere someone's playing low Amber numbers, soft and slow Keep me company Turn the dial, find the glow Never lonely, never alone Quiet songs from other cities Drifting through the room The kettle ticking, the window cool The night becomes a tune I fall asleep to a stranger's voice And it feels like a friend Turn the dial, find the glow Somewhere someone's playing low Amber numbers, soft and slow Keep me company Turn the dial, find the glow Never lonely, never alone Static, then a melody Static, then a name Every little frequency Whispers much the same Turn the dial, find the glow Somewhere someone's playing low Amber numbers, soft and slow Keep me company Turn the dial, find the glow Never lonely, never alone Amber numbers Soft and slow
