Lyrics
You on the pedals, me on the seat Wind in my hair and the sun on the street Basket of bread and a bunch of flowers Slow down the lane for hours and hours Two on a bicycle, ring the bell Two on a bicycle, all is well Hold on tight, take it slow Where we are going, I do not know Past the bakery, past the park Singing softly till it gets dark Your shirt is warm, my cheek is there Ribbon of road and ribbon of air Two on a bicycle, ring the bell Two on a bicycle, all is well Hold on tight, take it slow Where we are going, I do not know Lean with me, lean with me Gentle curve and the old oak tree Lamps come on and the swallows sleep Home is near and the kettle will keep Lean the bike against the door Kiss me once and then once more Two on a bicycle, ring the bell Two on a bicycle, all is well Hold on tight, take it slow Where we are going, I do not know Ring the bell All is well
