Liner notes

These ten songs live in the in-between: seaside towns with the arcades shuttered, guitars left behind, heat that won't break. I took longer with this one, co-producing again and letting the grooves loosen up. There's one song about paying off a bill that no one saw me pay, and it might be the proudest I've ever felt on a record. The harmonies are still home-made, still after midnight.
