Liner notes

After the quiet EP I wanted the band back in the room. We tracked live again, rain on the roof for the first two days, and I brought a shoebox of old letters and tapes to read from when the words ran out. This is the record where the torch songs and the sludge finally shook hands. My voice is cracked and I like it that way. Every song here is a way of going back.
